Patricia Knightley is a Programme Director for The Chrysallis Programme, a not-for-profit Social enterprise. Her work within Chrysalis is aimed at reducing the levels
of offending, re-offending and other anti-social behaviour through the provision of a holistic
development and rehabilitation programme for offenders, those at risk of offending and people with
anti-social behavioural problems. The Programme itself promotes positive behaviour and awareness of
