Creating Ripples - Elaine Sullivan
Elaine Sullivan firmly believes that we all have the ability to be great; to be leaders in our fields. She been driven not only to deliver that for herself, but also to motivate others to find such inspiration.
Elaine caught the technology bug at age nine and went straight from school to work within the IT industry and by the age of 24, she was the Network Manager for Compaq UK (now HP) and also headed up Compaq's European Network Managers group. Over the years her career has seen her work with companies such as IBM, Siemens, Fujitsu, Aviva, Vodafone and O2 in various capacities.
Having seen at first hand the challenges of women in the workplace, particularly in the technology field (which is still a predominantly male environment), Elaine started her own business, Skybrook Consultants, and today her approach to speaking, training and coaching uses her real life, in the trenches, experience to offer insight and guidance to women and men alike on leadership, collaboration and inclusion.
Her enthusiasm is infectious, she is engaging, connects with her audiences and she reaches out to `enable and inspire others to the best they can be.
